“Thank you Thank you Thank you. We are thrilled with the results, you have captured our special day so perfectly. Compared to the other photographers we met you were more passionate and more reasonably priced. We have no hesitation in recommending you as the best value photographer in Cape Town!

| How Do I Pay For A Professional Photographer? |
| |
A professional photographer comes at a price and sometimes that price seems out of reach to some. (Remember that the photographer has had to pay a fortune for the best equipment and that the charges are part of that expense).
There’s no shame in not having the upfront fees for a package, after all many brides and grooms are starting out and a wedding can be costly. We believe that the price of the package should never dictate whether you use a professional or not, because there are creative ways around this. Let’s think outside of the box.
The idea is to spread the load over 4 family members or friends. A phone call to likely family members may seem a little tricky, but you can phrase your telephone conversation something like this:
“Hi Uncle Bob, this is Jane…
I am calling everyone on our wedding list and trying to find 4 people to share the costs for a photographer for our wedding. Please don’t feel obligated or pressured, but would you consider buying us a quarter share of the photographer’s fee as a wedding present? This would cost R…. (depending on the package you select).
The only thing is that we would need the full amount in our account by the end of the week as the photographer can only be booked when this is paid. (Get the full amount and keep it safe in your account).
Because I don’t want you to feel pressurised in any way, you can phone me back if you feel that this is what you would like to do, or just ignore it…” |
