About Charles

Charles Mercer has been involved in wedding photography for many years. He was trained at Michaelis Art School, University of Cape Town, where he majored in Photography.

His background is in advertising, and he worked in that industry for many years before becoming involved in social work. In both contexts, Charles learned many people skills.

Today, Charles has chosen to focus on wedding photography - a full-time specialisation that brings him much joy.

In choosing Charles you will be selecting someone who is highly creative but also safe, reliable and dependable. His people-skills will ensure that you are not embarrassed on your big day, as his desire is to make this day memorable for you, the bride and groom, the family and your close friends.
